In 1996, the UF Medical Guild began supporting the costs of the UF Health Science Center’s Mini Medical School. The program is now administered by the Center for Precollegiate Education and Training (CPET).
This initiative allows secondary science, health, and vocational educators to participate in a full‑day educational program focused on current developments in biomedical science.
