This year, we asked members to share their perspectives on membership, communications, and branding to help guide the future of the UF Medical Guild. Friendship, service, networking, and educational opportunities remain at the heart of the member experience. Members also highlighted opportunities to increase visibility, strengthen communications, and engage younger generations.
Across all focus groups, a common theme emerged: honor our legacy while embracing the future. Members support modernizing our brand, enhancing digital communications, sharing our impact more effectively, and developing strategies to attract and retain new members.
As we move forward, we remain committed to preserving the Guild’s proud tradition of service while ensuring our organization continues to grow, evolve, and make a significant difference for years to come.
