The UF Medical Guild has played a vital role in supporting the HealthStreet and H.O.P.E. at HealthStreet Food Pantry. Our financial contribution enabled the pantry to purchase essential equipment, including a refrigerator, lock, cooler, hand cart, and food service gloves. Additionally, the Guild’s support helped supplement food supplies through the Bread of the Mighty Food Bank.
Over the past year, the pantry has made a significant impact on the community, facilitating 5,279 visits and distributing two tons of food in July 2025 alone. These efforts have directly benefited families and individuals experiencing food insecurity. The partnership with the UF Medical Guild has not only strengthened the pantry’s resources but also expanded its capacity to serve those in need.
